Zakia Ringgold

Zakia Ringgold is an AI Enablement Strategist, Small Business Advisor, and founder of Business Tech Lab. She helps entrepreneurs and community organizations strengthen their operations and use technology to support their goals.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Zakia moved to Yeadon in 2009 and is raising her two daughters here. She brings more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and entrepreneurship. Through Business Tech Lab, she works with small business owners on business planning, online presence, customer communication, and practical uses of AI.

Zakia believes strong local businesses help communities thrive. As a board member of the Yeadon Economic Development Corporation, she hopes to bring both her professional experience and her perspective as a Yeadon resident to its work.
