For 15 years, Alan was the owner of GGA Associates, Inc. A marketing and printing firm located in Prospect Park, PA. His years of experience include direct mail, printing, and print management to large corporate customers. In January 2008, Alan sold his company to The Sourcing Group where he continued to work as a marketing executive for an additional 10 years.
In May 2019, Alan left the Sourcing Group to focus on his portfolio of real estate investments. His company, New Direction Properties and The Katz Group of Companies specializes in purchasing distressed residential and commercial real estate which is then renovated and rented to long-term tenants.
Alan currently lives in Broomall, PA with his wife and 2 children.
