Glenn born in Barbados, West Indies but grew up in Chester, Pennsylvania. While in high school, he attended Swarthmore College’s Upward Bound program. Glenn graduated from Delaware State, University in Dover, Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993. In May of 1997, Mr. Clarke graduated from Widener University with a Master’s degree in Elementary education.
Upon graduation from Widener, he worked in the state of Delaware in the Education field for many years. Glenn served in various capacities during his tenure in Delaware’s School system. Glenn was a teacher, Dean of students, Vice principal and then served as a Principal. In 2015, Mr. Clarke graduated from Wilmington University with a Doctorate in Educational leadership.
Currently, he serves as the president of Bimshire Investments LLC, a real estate investment entity which specializes in acquisitions and management of residential property. He is a member of Prince Hall’s Free and Accepted masons as well as Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Currently, Glenn is serving on the boards for Delco Property Investors and Yeadon’s Economic Development Cooperation.
